Master Your Mood 8 week course starts in 10 days!
This class teaches you to master your mood, unlocking new possibilities while enhancing joy, acceptance, gratitude, and self-empowerment through self-care practices. We'll engage in breath work, movement, journaling, meditation, and explore Ayurvedic and Qigong techniques. Each 90-minute session begins with movement, followed by introspective exercises as well as lecture. You'll discover new teachings, identify daily practices, and create personalized schedules aligned with your goals. Please bring a notebook or journal.
