Join us for our Whole 30 challenge beginning January 2nd, 2025! The goal of this is to shift our focus to eating whole, unprocessed foods. For 30 days we will eliminate sugars, dairy, grains, food additives, and alcohol, while increasing nutrient dense foods: meats, nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats. The result? Increased energy and mental clarity; weight loss; decreased food cravings and inflammation - which can lead to a decrease in pain! I will post more information about the specific rules. The “Whole 30” book by pictured here is really great. It gives a breakdown of the rules and also has some delicious recipes included.
