CHP Berkshires spans Berkshire County with nine practice locations in Great Barrington, Lee, Pittsfield, and North Adams, providing medical, dental and nutrition services. Our CHP Mobile Health team carries on our long and effective practice of taking health care on the road, to find people where they are and where they need care. Each year, we care for more than 30,000 Berkshire area residents, and we promise care to everyone who enter our practices, regardless of insurance status. Our integrated network offers adult and pediatric primary care, women’s health, dental care and nutrition. Through our primary care clinicians, we can refer patients to short-term behavioral health support. Our practitioners are all board-certified or licensed as required by law. Our highly skilled OB/GYN team is affiliated with Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington, and our talented Family Services team supports thousands of families in our region with an array of services. Our patients and clients are culturally, ethnically, and socio-economically diverse–a reflection of our ever-changing Berkshire community. Our clinicians and support staff are skilled in providing inclusive and culturally competent care, from the moment you make your appointment through any follow-up or return care you may need. We are also well-known for our outspoken commitment to equity in LGBTQ+ health care. (CHP Berkshires) provides services to all patients regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability to pay, or insurance status. No one is denied access to services due to an inability to pay or because the services would be paid under Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). CHP offers discounts for essential services through a Sliding Fee Discount Program that is based on family size and annual household income.

We're looking for a Recovery Program Grant Project Manager!

Lead the day-to-day implementation of a SAMHSA/DPH behavioral health grant focused on integrating behavioral health and primary care services.

This role is hands-on, and detail driven. You’ll manage project timelines and deliverables, oversee data collection and reporting, track budgets and expenditures, and coordinate closely with behavioral health, primary care, and community partners. You’ll also serve as the primary point of contact with internal leadership, DPH, AHP, and external stakeholders—ensuring full compliance with federal and state grant requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, collaborative, and deeply motivated by mission-driven work that strengthens access to integrated behavioral health care.

Community Health Programs (CHP) is a health care practice network providing medical and dental care, and family support services, to people in the Berkshire region of Western Massachusetts. CHP accepts all patients and most insurance, including MassHealth, at its ten practice locations throughout the Berkshires, with administrative offices in Great Barrington, Mass. CHP is a not for profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
