Just letting everyone know that I am back from vacation and there will be a slight change to my schedule in a few weeks.

Starting June 19th, I will no longer be doing massage on Thursday afternoons. That will be reserved for Hypnosis Sessions going forward. I will start reaching out to those who have been on my list for a session. Please be patient, as I can only schedule 1 session a day.

I am now offering scraping. Scraping therapy is a form of manual therapy on soft tissues where a small tool is used to gently scrape over soft tissue (fascia, ligaments, tendons, and muscles). This aids in breaking down tension and scar tissue that results from trauma or overuse. Scraping therapy also helps promote a better healing environment by improving circulation in the acute area. Some advantages of scraping therapy include pain relief, decrease in overall treatment/recovery time, and a reduced need for anti-inflammatory medication.
