Congratulations to the nine professionals who completed the six-week Elevate Your Leadership Experience program! We’re especially proud of three of our very own—Mandy Grizzell, Tasha Manring, and Jennifer Wehmeier—for representing Sunflower Diversified Services and committing to their leadership growth!

Led by Kimberly Becker of Move Your Mountain Coaching & Consulting, and hosted in partnership with the Great Bend Chamber and Golden Belt Community Foundation, this course empowered participants to lead with purpose and drive positive change.

Throughout the six weeks, participants explored critical leadership concepts like redefining leadership, identifying barriers to progress, and discovering strategies to stay in the productive zone. They engaged in dynamic discussions about how everyone can contribute to leadership within their organizations and communities.

Congratulations to this inspiring group of graduates on their dedication to developing their leadership skills and making a lasting impact on their organizations and community!
