Some of you may recognize this face, please join us in welcoming Maddie Lagree as the Administrator for Azria Health Woodhaven! 👏

Maddie is originally from Hays, Kansas. She holds a Bachelor of General Studies with an emphasis in business, as well as a certificate in Leadership Studies. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies with a concentration in Gerontology and is on track to graduate in December 2025! All of her academic credentials have been earned through Fort Hays State University.

In her free time, she enjoys going on cruises and riding motorcycles with her fiancé. Together, they share a home with three dogs: Renegade, Deuce, and Bahama. Maddie previous served our residents as our Marketing Director and we are excited for her new role!
