🌿 November is National Diabetes Month! 🌿

American Indian and Alaska Native communities are strong, resilient, and deeply rooted in wellness traditions. 💙 Yet today, diabetes continues to affect our relatives at higher rates than any other group in the U.S.

This month, we honor our ancestors by taking steps toward a healthier future — through awareness, prevention, and community care.

🩸 Know your numbers. Get tested and learn your risk.
🥗 Embrace traditional foods and active living.
🤝 Support one another — wellness is a community journey.

Together, we can rise against diabetes and protect the health of our Nations for generations to come. 🌎
