Dr. Burke Hansen will be joining Northwest Physicians as of 9/1/2026!
Dr. Hansen was raised on a ranch in Highwood MT. He earned his undergraduate degree from Carroll College in 1995. He completed medical school at Creighton University in 1999. In 2002 he completed his residency training in Greeley Colorado at North Colorado Family Medicine. Dr. Hansen has been practicing full scope family medicine in Dillon MT from 2002 to 2026.
A 2014 sabbatical in New Zealand helped shape his commitment to a work-life balance and a patient centered whole person approach to care.
Dr. Hansen enjoys teaching and serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Outside the clinic he enjoys fly fishing, bird hunting with his black lab, beekeeping and following his favorite sports teams.

During American Heart month, we will be sharing information about common heart conditions that impact many Americans, starting with Atrial Fibrillation (AFib).

Atrial fibrillation is a quivering or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart failure, and other heart-related complications. At least 2.7 million Americans are living with AFib.

Allie Tyree will start seeing patients at Northwest Physicians on Monday, Jan 26th and she is accepting new patients!

Allayna (Allie) Tyree is a Family Nurse Practitioner caring for individuals and families of all ages. She completed her undergraduate studies at Carroll College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and went on to receive her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Gonzaga University.
Allie values open communication and works to create a welcoming, patient-focused care environment. By staying current with evidence-based practices, she provides holistic care tailored to each patient’s needs. She is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention.
Allie was raised in Great Falls and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities. She values spending quality time with family and friends.
