It is our privilege on Veterans Day to recognize the service of Charis Blackburn, who served in the United States Navy for 8 years, and in the Naval Reserve. She reached the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class, and while serving in the position of Construction Battalion Master-at-Arms (Active). She served our country stateside in both Groton, Connecticut, as well as, Charleston, South Carolina. Thank you for your service, Charis!
