Working on yourself...it's never the most fun but mostly because it has this shroud of fear of what you'll see what you'll remember and what you'll face. However, it is like getting to know the person you love, being ok with just knowing every aspect of yourself. If you want to know the person you love or your best friend you should really want to get to know yourself.

Letting all those things, emotions, memories, feelings that linger on the inside, the ones that hide in the shadowy places and trigger you when you least expect...we all know those things, acknowledge them, acknowledge that they are part of you and then let them be. Give yourself permission to let them go, release them through gratitude for the lesson they brought and forgiveness and clear the space for the new.

You have this power you are the only one that can do this for yourself and it is like developing a beautiful relationship with the most important person in your life, you! This weekend is a great time for this with the October Full Moon, so grab a cup of coffee or tea or whatever you want and sit with yourself and get to really know who you are and start letting go of the things in the shadows that are no longer serving you and start the growing process!

To have a calling, to feel something deep within the heart all the way into the soul, to hear and know your true guidance from your higher self, your amazing guides, and God, Source, the Universe whatever you call it. Confirmed over and over, to personally know you are here having this experience on Earth at this time with such a special plan, to help people on such an extraordinary and personal healing journey that it can and will literally lift people up so they are empowered to shine as brilliantly as they truly are....wow it's such a humbling and intense feeling of gratitude for such an opportunity but then...

to be human, to keep that truth deep inside buried under an illusionary blanket of self doubt, insecurities, fear that the ego so easily wraps you up like a burrito in. In this place you question this guidance and calling, why me? I am not that special, I am not worthy of such special mission, and a bunch of other very VERY limiting and disempowering beliefs that keep you small and hidden from your own sacred truth...slowly over time and through meditation, introspection, taking step after step to really honestly look at alllll areas of who you are...until one day you decide that while it is warm and comfortable wrapped up like a burrito in this blanket...the blanket is not really a blanket but a straight jacket of lies you have created for yourself that is preventing you from soaring, from helping people, from helping people heal, from pursuing the extraordinary mission that you set knowing full well that you are special enough and worthy enough for such a precious and amazing job of helping and serving others.

THEN realizing that overcoming the straight jacket is part of you journey as well...and woah it's humbling, it's overwhelming, the gratitude can be felt in every single cell in the body and this is where the growth happens this is where karmic agreements are changed this is where you get so uncomfortable that the straight jacket must be broken out of.

This is the time to sour this is the time to take the leap of faith, knowing with all that you are you are fully supported by the entire universe to step into and reclaim your power and your worth and start helping others do it too!

This is my calling, this is my special obligation to all of my soul brothers and sisters to help you on your journey. To help you reclaim your power your worth and soar! If you feel lost, stuck, down, dimmed, stagnant, greyscale monochromic, sad, anxiously or just sick and tired of being sick and tired. What is Reiki?
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing that uses energy. The meaning of Reiki, comes from two Japanese words- Rei, Gods wisdom, Higher Power, or All-knowing and understanding and Ki- universal or life for energy. Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy.

Reiki treats the whole person providing balance and harmony to the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. It creates many beneficial effects including but certainly not limiting to relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. While Reiki is spiritual in nature it is NOT a religion. There is nothing you must believe in to receive Reiki energy healing.

In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether a person believes in it or not.

How does Reiki work?
Reiki works through he practitioner or Master’s hands, like a conduit for the universal energy. The hands are then lightly placed on the body and the energy is channeled from the universe into the body all the way down to a cellular level. Since the Reiki energy comes from the all-knowing and understanding power of the universe it know where to go to relieve and heal the recipient.
