Happy Sunday evening everyone!
Can you feel the shift in the energy today? It would seem the weather does too! lol ๐
How are we doing with our emotions today? If you are experiencing struggles with regulating your emotions, why not take a time out for yourself? Find a quiet place, turn on some calm music. Take in some slow deep breaths through your nose. As you do, in your mind say I amโฆ as you exhale in your mind say Safe, calm or relaxed. Repeat this 6 times. When you feel more calm, it would be a great opportunity to do some journaling. Allow whatever need to be pulled to the surface. Donโt censor it.
When we take this time for ourselves, we are nurturing our soul and we are setting a great example for our kids who are watching very closely.
Releasing emotions through tears or laughter are both healing.
So make some comfort food, and put on a good movie! Pick one that brings tears and laughter! A double release healing session!
