I saw a few companion urns online, but I wanted solid wood and for some reason, that was hard to come by, until I found searched Etsy and found woodworkers. We had a special request/order of Mike for a companion urn for our parents who passed within 3 weeks of each other in late 2021, early 2022 from Covid. We asked Mike to make the companion urn out of white birch for sentimental and traditional reasons. It took Mike extra time and effort to source the white birch. Once found he did a Craftsman piece of woodworking. We were VERY pleased with the beautiful work he did. Our father was retired Navy, and our parents funerals and remains were were buried at Arlington National Cemetery last month.
