🩷BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH🩷

Did you know that 1 in 8 women will get diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime?

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. A time to spread awareness that early detection can save your life. When caught in the earliest stages, the 5-year survival rate is 99%.

Here’s how you can help yourself:

🩻Schedule your mammogram: Regular screenings can help detect breast cancer in its early stages when it’s most treatable. If you haven’t scheduled yours yet, now is the time.

👐 Practice monthly self-exams: Knowing your body is the first step toward recognizing changes. Make it a habit to do a self-breast exam every month.

💪 Support loved ones: Encourage the women in your life to stay on top of their health.

It’s been a long while since I’ve posted—things have been busy! I’m excited to share that I’m no longer working solo. I’ve recently welcomed Abby, CMA, to the Sun River Healthcare team. She’s already been a wonderful addition, and together we’re looking forward to continuing to care for and serve our patients with even more support.

📣 WE’RE MOVING!! 📣

I’m excited to announce that Sun River Healthcare is relocating from Suite 207 to Suite 108 (in the same building) to serve you better!

To complete the move and make some upgrades, the office will be closed until Thursday, May 8.

Position: CMA or LPN
Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible schedule Monday–Thursday)
Compensation: Pay based on experience

Responsibilities:
•Prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures
•Take vital signs, document medical history, and update electronic medical records (EMR)
•Administer medications and injections as ordered
•Support provider with patient care and follow-up
•Assist with front desk duties (scheduling, patient calls, etc.)
•Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and organized
•Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
•Active CMA or LPN certification/license in Montana
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Strong attention to detail
