Feeling stuffy? Try this simple steam method for a bit of relief.
How to Do It
- Add 1–2 drops each of Peppermint, Oregano, Tea Tree, and Lemon to a mug of hot (not boiling) water
- Close your eyes (or cover them with a towel)
- Lean over the mug, keeping your face a few inches above the steam, and take slow, deep breaths
- Keep some tissues handy. Trust me. You’ll need it.
Repeat as needed for occasional sinus discomfort.
