So, what’s so good about elderberries? And why should anyone take elderberry syrup?
•
Elderberries are rich in vitamins A, B and C and are a traditional cold and flu remedy used for hundreds of years. They are known to have high antioxidant activity and the bioflavonoids and other proteins in the juice of the berry destroy the ability of a cold or flu virus to infect a cell. Here’s some science for you: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/30670267/?i=20&from=sambucus%20nigra
“These findings present an alternative to antibiotic misuse for upper respiratory symptoms due to viral infections, and a potentially safer alternative to prescription drugs for routine cases of the common cold and influenza.” 🙌🏼
On top of this, there are several research studies concerning the correlation between elderberry and inflammation. Reduced inflammation in the body can make allergic rhinitis (seasonal allergies) more manageable, especially during flare-ups. 🌷

We take a 1 oz shot, 3 times a day when we are not feeling well. My husband will take it once a day for seasonal allergies.
We take it a couple times a week just as a preventative during late Spring & Summer since we’re outside more, getting nutrients from the sun and nature. 🍃

I started making our own Elderberry Syrup in 2018 and it’s worked so well for our family! It also packs a MUCH bigger punch than store-bought elderberry syrup or gummies (thanks to premium quality ingredients) and costs WAY less for the amount you get.
•
Something that sets our Elderberry Syrup apart from what’s available in stores and online, is that we use high quality, organic & non-gmo ingredients, I make the syrup in stainless steel or ceramic pots, your syrup will always be bottled in glass, and it’ll be infused with premium quality certified organic essential oils like Frankincense, Copaiba, Orange, and Thieves blend - all containing amazing immune supporting compounds! 💜

Stick around because I’ll be posting our ordering schedule for the next 2 months, this evening!
