Thank you so much for the kind words! The Recreation Department truly appreciates the recognition. We work hard every day to keep the smiles coming, the activities rolling, and the chaos to a manageable level — and it feels wonderful to know our efforts are noticed.

Your support and willingness to jump in with us (sometimes quite literally!) make all the difference. Having an administrator who isn’t afraid to grab a broom, a bingo board, or a dance move inspires us more than you know.

We love what we do, and we’re grateful to do it with leadership that believes in us. Thank you again for the appreciation — we’ll keep the fun going!

Pumpkins are smiling, the cobwebs are hung,
Ghosts made of tissue and songs to be sung!
Laughter and costumes fill up the day,
With joy in our hearts in a spooky fun way!

We dance with the witches, we giggle with glee,
Sharing sweet treats and warm company.
At Highfield Gardens, we cheer and we play—
