Tricopat: Before & After

This patient presented with alopecia areata after extensive discussion of all options, the patient declined oral Jak inhibitors and wanted a more conservative therapy which included intralesional steroids, topical steroid, topical jack inhibitors, topical minoxidil.

After 6 months of therapy with no significant improvement, needless drug delivery system, was initiated.

The patient had improvement even after one Tricopat treatment and had full growth after 6 monthly sessions. She has maintained her results 9 months after her last session and continue to use topical therapy.

Tricopat on the entire scalp was started after medical regimen was optimized.
