Health Equity. Cultural Respect. Community Power. 🌍💉💛
September 9 is National African Immigrant and Refugee HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis Awareness Day ( ) — a day to spotlight the unique health challenges faced by African immigrants and refugees in the U.S.

Let’s raise awareness, eliminate stigma, and promote culturally and linguistically appropriate care, including HIV testing, treatment, and hepatitis B vaccination.
Together, we can empower communities to take charge of their health.
