Hi, I hope everone is well!
This is just a quick update on the state of the pandemic.
I was suppose to take this week off to fly to LA to spend the holiday with my son. Unfortunately, after almost two years I contracted Covid 19. The symptoms appeared similar to a bad sinus infection. I quickly developed a cough and severe fatigue. I tested positve last Thursday,
The entire staff and my family are all negative.
I am double vaccinated and have received the booster. I wear a mask almost 24/7! Where did this come from???
Yesterday, I went to St Francis like many others to recieve the Monoclonal antibodies. The staff was professional and terrific (I was there at 5 AM).
I am still coughing , exhausted and emotionally upset. I will be in quarantine till next Saturday.
I am still available for telemendicine and the office is staffed and open.
The reason for this post is to encourage everyuone to get vaccinated. I can only imagine how sick I would be without 3 vaccines and the antibodies,. Intresting my only risk factor is my age!

Hi everyone.
Proud to announce that my son's band Lo Moon released their first video and song since the pandemic. The song DREAM NEVER DIES is available on all music services.
The video is available on You Tube
The full album will be out in the beginning of the year
The song has been on the Radio in major American and European markets already!
The band will be starting their American Tour in January and their European tour in March.
Hope everyone is well and maybe life can become somewhat normal .

GREAT NEWS!! My office has a limited supply of the Johnson and Johnson Janssen vaccine!! The vaccine is one injection. The vaccination is now open to all of our patients over the age of 30.

Hi, I think these guidelines are helpful guidance for our vaccinated patients, friends, and famil.

CDC Guidelines Summary for Fully Vaccinated Individuals

What’s Changed
If you’ve been fully vaccinated:
• You can gather indoors with fully vaccinated people without wearing a mask.
• You can gather indoors with unvaccinated people from one other household (for example, visiting with relatives who all live together) without masks, unless any of those people or anyone they live with has an increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19.
• If you’ve been around someone who has COVID-19, you do not need to stay away from others or get tested unless you have symptoms.
o However, if you live in a group setting (like a correctional or detention facility or group home) and are around someone who has COVID-19, you should still stay away from others for 14 days and get tested, even if you don’t have symptoms.

What Hasn’t Changed
For now, if you’ve been fully vaccinated:
• You should still take steps to protect yourself and others in many situations, like wearing a mask, staying at least 6 feet apart from others, and avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces. Take these precautions whenever you are:
o In public
o Gathering with unvaccinated people from more than one other household
o Visiting with an unvaccinated person who is at increased risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 or who lives with a person at increased risk
• You should still avoid medium or large-sized gatherings.
• You should still delay domestic and international travel. If you do travel, you’ll still need to follow CDC requirements and recommendations.
• You should still watch out for symptoms of COVID-19, especially if you’ve been around someone who is sick. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you should get tested and stay home and away from others.
• You will still need to follow guidance at your workplace.
