What a fantastic turnout for our Fall Prevention Seminar at the Suffolk Y JCC community! 🌟

Last Monday, Matthew Jarvis, PT, DPT, and Lindsay Montello had a wonderful time sharing useful balance tips, safe movement strategies, and fall prevention techniques with our local seniors.

We loved keeping things highly interactive! Matt guided the group through a series of practical seated chair exercises, showing everyone how to actively improve their strength and mobility right from where they were sitting. Thank you to everyone who joined us, asked great questions, and brought such amazing energy to the lecture!
