Hi! We're owners Krista Lattuca and Mattye McKibben here to introduce you to our business Courage to Change.

We are a group of helping professionals ready to coach those in our community who are struggling with addiction, mental health concerns, and other life stressors.

We serve ages 2 and up in person, at home, in the community, and over virtual platforms. We offer individual, group, couples, and family services.

Our approach is informed by our 20 years of combined experience in healthcare, coaching, counseling, and addiction recovery. As well as the eclectic experience of our 9 team members.
