As we age our bodies give us days that are tough and trust me I know all too well how everyday activities can affect you when ya suffer from past injuries,arthritis, auto immune disease & just “gettin old”

There are days my body aches and the injuries I have to my body make me want to cry and give up but, then I give some one a massage and they truly thank me and it reminds me of my passion and all those pains are so little in comparison to that feeling I get knowing how I have helped another person with my gift❤️
