Your eye muscles are designed to move your eyes in all directions, so crossing them temporarily won’t make them stay that way.

Crossed eyes (also called strabismus) are usually caused by things like vision problems, muscle or nerve issues, or certain health conditions - not from making silly faces.

If you ever notice eyes that appear constantly crossed or misaligned, it’s important to schedule an eye exam to determine the cause. 👓

🦠👁️ When’s the last time you changed your contact lens case?
If you can’t remember... it’s probably time. 👀

Here’s why swapping out your case every 1-3 months is a must:
✅ Bacteria builds up - Even with rinsing, your case can harbor germs that lead to infections like keratitis.
✅ Solution residue sticks - Old solution can leave behind film that reduces disinfection.
✅ Scratches = danger zones - Tiny cracks in your case can trap bacteria where you can’t see them.
✅ Fresh case = happy, healthy eyes.

💡 Pro Tip:
Rinse with contact lens solution (never tap water), let it air dry upside down, and toss it every time you open a new bottle of solution!

Your eyes will thank you. 👓
