Well, we made it through Spring Break!! The kids were all sick in one way or another so it was a "Netflix and chill" themed week. Of course Taka was consumed in copious amounts... especially the new Peach flavor 😋🤤!!! Let me know if you want to try it! Until the end of the month you can try it for the same price as a preferred customer without the auto ship commitment!! PM if you're interested!!

Well, I've made it to Wednesday!! So far, substituting is pretty fun!! I'm known to some already as the "mean teacher" and others are so excited to have a chance to actually do choir again!! Of course Taka is essential in getting me through the day...and yes, this is a huge bottle. So far only the 8th grade choir has read it and thought it was hilarious 😂😆.

I will be 🏃‍♀️running around most of today getting things ready for my long-term substitute position, singing at a funeral and meeting with my Strategist from The Woman School. Every Thursday night, I can be found up in the choir loft with my choir! I am the director, the cantor and the pianist. The first two I can do easily, the third had become progressively harder before I began to drink Taka Glo with collagen!! I have osteoarthritis in both hands. After 32 years of playing the piano, my fingers lack in cartilage, just a tad...okay, a lot. I have to be careful what meds I take due to Celiac, so I have been searching for a way to help my hands. Taka Glo is the answer to many a prayer! I still have pain with playing, but I am still able to play!! Want to know more? DM me!!!

Happy Wednesday y'all! I hope you've had a great one thus far!! It seems that there is more changes coming to the Hernandez Crew...I am going to be a long term substitute for Brentwood Middle School from now through May!! CRAZY, right? I am so excited and so is my middle school daughter. Would you have been excited to have your mom as a teacher in middle school? I'm pretty sure that I would have been mortified...and I adored my mom. I also haven't worked full-time since she was born 13 years ago, so this will be a big change all around. I will definitely need ALL THE TAKA to keep up with my middle schoolers!

Actual photo of me trying to figure out how to schedule a reel with Meta Business and being unsuccessful... So you get a picture instead 🤣...I always put a bus emoji instead of a car emoji because I drive a 15 passenger van. Her name is Big Bertha and she's a beast, but she hauls all 5 of the kids, the baby girl I watch and more!! You can often find discarded Taka sticks in her 😜.

One way that I make blah days better is to blast a few fun songs in the car on the way to school 🎵🚌!! My kids and I are partial to Best Day of My Life by American Authors when it's been a rough morning. Which, with two autistic boys can be every morning, some seasons! So, I want to know, what is your go to motivation song for this Monday? And don't forget to make it a great Monday! It's the beginning of a whole new week, let's start on a high note 🎶!!
