What’s the Best Way to Stretch Your Hamstrings?

Hip-hinge to bend whether you’re feeding your pets, sweeping the floor or setting the table. This simple movement gives your hamstrings a natural, effective stretch throughout the day.

Daily tasks like picking things up or cleaning become built-in flexibility training. This is far more effective than reserving hamstring stretches for a short exercise session.

Hamstring injuries heal slowly because the area has limited blood flow. Nature didn’t expect us to strain them often. Our ancestors hip-hinged routinely, keeping their hamstrings long and resilient. You can do the same by hip-hinging regularly and maintaining a healthy, forward-tipped pelvis.
