Where we started…where we are.
When I was in massage school, I turned a space in our basement into my “massage room” where I practiced and dreamed of someday having a beautiful space. Today, I’m thankful for that first space and my current space.

Student massage clinics are back at Front Range CC…and I’m so thankful. Bodywork from one of Sarah Hunnell’s students? Yes please. AND I saw sweet friends!!! 🥰 Relaxed. Refreshed. Face cradle marks on my face. Massage is the best.

Made a friend at my race post. Doesn’t talk much but a fantastic listener. I bounced a few ideas off him in between runners, and I think we did some good work. I was sad when we walked back to the volunteer booth and had to part ways. 🧡
