💬 We’ve all said it before: “I’m fine.” But sometimes, we’re really not.

Creating safe spaces for connection starts simple. Ask gentle, open-ended questions like “How are you, really?” and remember — sometimes the most powerful support is just being there for one another. 💛

3RNET is launching its first-ever virtual career & resource fair on November 13, from 6-9 p.m. ET. The event will be held in partnership with PracticeLink and timed to coincide with National Rural Health Day celebrations the following week. This free, live event connects job-seeking physicians, residents, fellows, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with 3RNET network coordinators who represent rural- and underserved-focused opportunities across the country.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore open positions, learn about loan repayment programs, J-1 visa waivers, tax credits, and other location-based incentives, and gain firsthand insight into what it’s like to live and work in high-need, high-reward communities. Attendees will also be able to choose a complimentary gift for participating.

Whether you’re advising students, supporting AHEC Scholars, or working directly with clinicians exploring career paths, please help spread the word about this unique event.
