Heard this quote at Moon Lodge last night and it resonated deeply as it’s a beautiful summary of the way I live my life. The universe will show you signs. As you act upon those signs, more and more show up to the point where it can almost be overwhelming, and yet, so amazing. Look for the signs, follow them, and see where they lead you!

In Chinese astrology, 2025 was the year of the snake. A year of shedding that which is no longer in alignment. 2026 is the year of the horse. A year of moving forward toward new beginnings. If you follow Numerology, it also has very similar messages. 2025 was a 9 Year (2+0+2+5=9). 9 = Completion of a cycle. 2026 is a 1 Year (2+0+2+6=10, which is then reduced to a single number, so 1+0=1). 1 = New beginnings. Let’s leave the past in the past, visualize what you want this next chapter of your life to look like, and keep that vision at the forefront of your mind so that horse can help take you there.

Every night when I go to bed I take a moment to thank my spirit team for all the good things of that day. Some days you really have to search, but there’s always something to be thankful for (for instance, right now it’s a warm kitty on my lap as I type this). If this isn’t a practice you have yet, today may be a good day to start. If you show the universe you appreciate all your blessings, you may just end up with even more.

Check out this huge Moldavite necklace my love got me for Sweetest Day! Moldavite isn’t a stone to trifle with, but it can be a catalyst for change that will clear out what’s no longer working. Think of it like the Tower card in Tarot. It may seem scary that things are falling away, but they’re making room for what needs to come in for your most authentic self and highest good. Shortly after getting my first piece of Moldavite, I quit my job of 20+ years. Curious to see what happens this time!

It's World Book Day! Have you read any books that really stuck with you? Of my most recent reads, I'd say I still find myself thinking about The Field, which shows how everything is connected, and The Hidden Messages in Water, which shows the importance of how you talk to yourself. And they're not just woo woo - both provide scientific experiments to back up their thesis!

“It was like my nervous system finally exhaled” – definitely a quote I related to upon discovering Reiki. This article was trending today, and I thought it was a nice little intro for the Reiki-curious.

While some people see Reiki as being too New Agey, others swear by it, saying it helps with anxiety, pain and more.
