Popping on to share something cool that just happened. I hurt myself doing yoga a few weeks ago, so I’ve been doing Qigong since then. Qigong is new to me, but from what I researched it’s a moving meditation that’s supposed to help move your qi/ki/chi/prana/life force energy (same thing but different names in different cultures). So I was half way through this video when I looked down at my cat and saw the brightest blue aura surrounding him! I don’t usually see auras unless I’m really focused and trying to. I had no intention to see his aura; I just glanced down and there it was in all its beauty! It made me think maybe there is something to this Qigong besides just moving my body, so I’m sharing the video I was doing in case anyone else can benefit.
