Need a low impact exercise for your low back pain? We LOVE some self traction!

Tia takes you through a couple different ways to set up. Just remember ‼️ that this will not feel like a giant muscle stretch as if you were bending over to stretch those hammies. You should feel small segmental seperating of your vertebral joints.

Not sure if you're doing it right? Let go of the traction, then apply it again - you should feel an "unloading" sensation. Give this a whirl for 5 second holds as many times as you need until you find relief!

👉 Pelvic floor dysfunction isn’t always about weakness. Sometimes it’s too much tension! And just like any muscle in the body, too much tension can cause irritating symptoms.

Our Story

MVMT Performance and Rehabilitation is bridging the gap between sports medicine/physical therapy and performance. We are performance clinicians. We work to identify and eradicate the underlying cause of injury through our step-by-step evaluation approach of stability, mobility, and functional movement. Individual sessions paired with a specific treatment plan that is tailored to each athletes case yields amazing results.
