How GREAT is THIS⁉️ Despite their name, the BREWERS hosted “Recovery Night” this week AND Milwaukee’s “Largest Sober Tailgate” ❌🍺❤️

Geared towards fans with a history of alcohol addiction, more than 600 people showed up for the pre-game festivities and 1,250 attended the game 🏟️

A lot of people don’t know the Brewers have designated alcohol-free sections at EVERY game!

They’re labeled as “family seating” — but Sections 217, 308, 309, & 417 don’t allow alcoholic beverages (or abusive language) for fans who don’t want to be surrounded by others drinking (or swearing 😉).

The Packers have a similar program called “Section Yellow” for fans in recovery.

“It’s good to have an oasis in a place where you are surrounded by folks that are having a good time — and sometimes having way too much of a good time,” Section Yellow co-founder Tom Doughman explained. “Just to know that somebody else has your back, and they acknowledge you’re doing something that may not be in the norm, but it is supported.” 🥰

✨ It’s Testimony Night at Celebrate Recovery! ✨
Tonight, James will be sharing his powerful story of God’s redemption, grace, and faithfulness. You won’t want to miss it! 🙌

And after service… we’re gathering for a spaghetti dinner 🍝—because nothing brings people together like Jesus and a good meal.

Mid-Week CR Check-In!

We’re still thinking about that amazing spaghetti dinner from Monday night—seriously, the food is always good at CR! Every week our kitchen team shows up with love, skill, and a little “holy seasoning” to make sure no one leaves hungry.

Recovery is a lot like a good meal—you don’t have to have it all figured out before you sit down at the table. You just show up, take what’s been prepared, and let it nourish you one bite (or step) at a time.

So whether you’re craving more great food, meaningful conversation, or just a safe place to be real, we’ll have a spot ready for you next Monday night. (And yes… seconds are always allowed. We checked. 😄)

🌿 Midweek CR Check-In 🌿

Hey friend — it’s Wednesday. You made it this far. That’s not nothing! 👏

Some of us are crawling. Some of us are coasting. Some of us are white-knuckling the steering wheel of life like, “Jesus, take it… but also, please use the turn signal this time.”

Recovery isn’t linear. It’s not perfect. And it definitely isn’t pretty. But it is holy. Because every time you show up …for yourself, for your healing, for your faith …God meets you there.

💬 “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

So here’s your gentle midweek reminder:
👉 You’re not behind.
👉 You’re not too broken.
👉 And you don’t have to figure it all out by Friday.

Just keep showing up. One surrendered step at a time.
And if today feels heavy? We’re here for you. You don’t have to carry it alone. 💙

When it comes to food, we don’t mess around. It’s not an afterthought or a hassle or “one more thing to take care of. “
We thrive on hospitality as much as we thrive on your recovery. We want you to leave here on Monday nights knowing you were fed emotionally, spiritually, and literally….all with the best.
