I haven’t posted in a while. It was my turn to do some deep diving into shadow work and releasing old patterns. I have emerged on the other side feeling refreshed, revitalized and with a new sense of peace and calm I haven’t experienced before.

I am ready to start working with clients again. Some of the new tools I have learned this year…

Cord removal - feeling attached to people from your past? Cord cutting isn’t enough, we need to remove that cord that connects you to you past.

Crystalline extraction - have an unexplained pain in your body? Might be something lingering from a past experience or trauma. We can remove the intrusion and fill the space with light and love.

It’s that time to ask for volunteers. I’m practicing Soul Retrieval.

When something traumatic happens in your life, a piece of your soul may leave in order to protect itself. Usually that soul piece will return on its own, but sometimes it does not. You may feel as if something is missing from your life, joy, not feeling like yourself, or this constant need for outside validation. Soul retrieval can help bring back that soul piece.

Limiting beliefs are conscious. When they stop being conscious and are automatically accepted as truth, they become agreements. Some examples are “I’m the black sheep of the family.” “Real men don’t cry.” “I’m unworthy.” “Self-care is selfish.” These become ingrained in us, and we want to unravel those agreements from our subconscious, our Akashic/hall of records, and replace them with a new positive agreements. Positive ones are “I am love.” “I am worthy.” “I’m accepted.” “I’m creative.”
