Sometimes anxiety in social settings isn’t just “in your head.” 💛

Crowded spaces, loud environments, bright lights, constant conversation, or even subtle movement around us can place a heavy demand on the sensory system. When the nervous system becomes overwhelmed, the body may respond with stress, tension, shutdown, irritability, or anxiety — often before we even realize what’s happening.
