I’m honestly not even sure where to begin… but my heart is so full with gratitude for the past week in Tulum, Mexico. What started as a retreat became something so much deeper than I ever imagined.

I gained new friendships that feel soul-deep, and a community that held me like family. We cried together, laughed until our bellies hurt, shared new and beautiful experiences, and truly held space for one another. There was a level of safety that allowed us to soften, to be seen, and to be vulnerable in ways that felt rare and sacred.

This week changed me. It reminded me of the power of connection, of being witnessed, and of what’s possible when we gather with open hearts. I am forever grateful for the experiences, the moments, and the incredible humans who made this journey so special. My heart will carry this with me always. ✨🤍

Holding space doesn’t always look the way we imagine. Sometimes it isn’t the bowls, the mats, or the ceremony we planned. Sometimes it’s presence. Sometimes it’s calm in the chaos. Sometimes it’s offering Reiki, grounding energy, or simply being there when someone needs support the most.

I trust that all energy offered with love is never wasted. Even when plans change, service remains. May we all remember that there are many ways to hold space, and all of them are sacred ✨

My heart is so full after Friday night’s sound bath ✨
