✨ Feeling so much gratitude tonight. ✨
I just finished hosting my very first group sound bath and my heart is so full. Watching everyone settle in, breathe deeply, and allow the vibrations to wash over them was such a beautiful experience.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts and open energy. It was an honor to hold space for you. 🤍

Meet Sara ~

Hi, I’m Sara Kimerling — a Howard-Suamico native and a proud U.S. Air Force veteran. When I turned 18, I joined the Air Force and had experiences that shaped who I am today. After moving back home to Suamico, I began my own healing journey, which took a deeply holistic path and changed my life in ways I never expected.

Over the years, I’ve worked through depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Through this process, I found powerful tools that helped me heal — and now I feel called to share them with others who may be struggling with their own mental health or seeking balance in their lives.

I started learning Reiki in 2021 and completed my Reiki Master certification in 2025. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2024, and that same year, I was drawn to sound therapy after experiencing the profound peace it brought me during local sound baths. This summer, I felt a strong calling to learn sound healing myself, and I’m currently enrolled in The Sound Healer’s Academy to deepen my practice.

It’s truly an honor to hold space for others — to help bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit through touch, energy, and sound. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where others can reconnect with themselves and find healing from within.

Sara will be doing a teacher-in-training Sound Healing class (Nov 20, 5:30pm) ~

As teachers finalize their certification, they need 'practice' hours. This sound healing class is free for participants and a great opportunity to learn what sound healing is as well as provide an opportunity for the teacher to practice their new talent & passion.
