🌿✨ Taking this weekend to attend a deep healing + integration retreat at Golden Light Healing ✨🌿

Doing energy work, massage, and holding space for others is a gift I cherish deeply. It is also a reminder that when you spend your days helping others heal, it’s just as important to take time to pause and do the work within yourself.

This weekend is for deep rest, reflection, and tending to the parts of me that need love, grounding, and nourishment. I am grateful to give myself this space, so I can return to my clients and community with a full heart and aligned energy.

Yesterday we celebrated my Papa’s life. 💛
We gathered as a family, shared stories, laughter, and tears — all wrapped in love.
He was deeply cherished by each of us, and I feel so grateful for the memories we created together.

His presence was a gift, and though we miss him dearly, his love continues to live on in all of us.
