Feeling so incredibly grateful for everyone who came out to SALT last night 🤍

It was such a beautiful turnout, and truly an honor to hold space for each of you. The energy in the room was so special — filled with presence, openness, and intention. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do so deeply.

Reiki has become such a powerful part of my healing journey and the way I hold space for others. ✨

Energy is something we all carry, and sometimes life leaves us holding onto stress, grief, anxiety, or emotions that our bodies haven’t had the chance to release.

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that helps guide the body back into balance. Through light touch or working just above the body, it allows energy to flow where it’s needed most.

During sessions, many people experience:
✨ Deep relaxation
✨ Emotional release
✨ Reduced anxiety and stress
✨ Better sleep
✨ A sense of grounding and inner peace

The most beautiful part is watching someone come back to themselves… their breath softens, their body relaxes, and their energy shifts.
