We are still finishing the other rooms in our office, adding holistic wellness practitioners to the team, and finishing the full website. Thank you for your patience and support as we get off the ground.

Major transitions in our daily routine are shocking to our nervous system, even if the changes are good. That's why we're taking our time, allowing plenty of space for integration. This way, we can be present and fully charged for your service.

"Adopt the pace of nature, her secret is patience," is a philosophy I have lived by for some time now and it is serving me well. Remember to slow down my friends, and perhaps take some time to get a massage 😉
