Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center Welcomes Dr. Ardit Haxhia D.D.S.

Dr. Haxhia was raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Louis University in 2016. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree summa cm laude from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2021, where he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society.

Driven by a passion for jaw surgery, pathology, implant dentistry, and anesthesia, Dr. Haxhia completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 2025.

He is committed to the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery and is grateful for the opportunity to practice all aspects of the specialty. He is excited to be back in Wisconsin serving the community.

Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center Welcomes Dr. Timothy LeMoine D.D.S.

Dr. LeMoine has followed in his father and grandfather’s footsteps to become a third-generation Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, and he is thrilled to return home to practice in the community that shaped him. Dr. LeMoine is committed to continuing his family’s legacy of compassionate, expert care with a patient-centered approach.

Dr. LeMoine earned both his undergraduate and dental degrees from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin, where he developed expertise in the complete scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with a special focus on dental implants, wisdom tooth extraction, orthognathic surgery, pre-prosthetic treatment, bone grafting, and IV anesthesia.

Dr. LeMoine is also passionate about giving back to the community and those most in need, having volunteered multiple times with Mission of Mercy in Wisconsin and participated in various medical and dental mission trips abroad.

He is excited to serve the Green Bay community through Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center and looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients.

Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center is deeply saddened to share that Dr. Jason LeMoine passed away unexpectedly from cardiac arrest on January 26, 2025. Jason not only was a talented surgeon and our devoted colleague, but he was also a wonderful person, an amazing husband to his wife, Erin, and a fantastic father to their five children, TJ, Colin, Samantha, Ella, and Teddy.

He joined Bay Oral in 2002, working alongside his father, David and was looking forward to work his son, TJ, who joins the practice in July later this year as a third-generation oral surgeon.

Jason was honest, and kind to those he touched, volunteering at local clinics and on mission abroad. We will miss him dearly, and we know his patients will too.

Members of our oral surgery practice will be doing their best to accommodate established patients of Dr. LeMoine based on the level of urgency, we do ask for everyone’s patience as we do so.

We ask that you keep Erin and the entire LeMoine family in your prayers.

Our offices in Green Bay and Marinette will be closed next Monday, February 3, to allow our staff to attend his funeral.
