I am sure some of you have noticed how quiet this page has become in the last few months. A lot of life has been happening and big choices have been made.

**I am leaving the office space from Journey Chiropractic Center in September. Dr. Bethany has been nothing shy of caring, compassionate, and an endless amount of support in my growth. I am grateful to have had such an opportunity to learn so much from an amazing human!
**I am also leaving the state of Wisconsin this fall. September is my last month for clients to visit before I pack everything up!

IF YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES or packages, this is your notice to get them used up before I leave for North Carolina. I will be returning occasionally, but my priority will be visiting my family and friends first.

As for Athena's Retreat, there will be some big changes as online training that is targeted towards making fitness fun for individuals, couples, AND families will be the focus! More on this to come, but if you are interested in testing out this program, please let me know!! Anticipated launch: August 1st, 2023

Finally, THANK YOU to every client, every fellow massage therapist / health care worker, and teacher that has helped me grow into the person I have become. I have so much appreciation for you and cannot thank each of you enough for supporting my dreams and pursuing something I truly enjoyed. 💙

We couldn't really decide on one or two things for the Sunday Stroll and Scavenger Hunt coming up this weekend, so we grabbed a small variety!

Granola bars - KIND
Beef sticks - CHOMPS
Turkey sticks - CHOMPS
Trail mix and bottled water

Join us at Voyageur Park in De Pere at 3:30pm on April 30th.

I’ve been meaning to post for awhile, but been slacking! We are spicing up that ANYONE can participate in!!

The first exciting announcement is for next month as there are no more openings for this month! 🥰 We are rotating our days to have availability Mondays - Wednesdays.

The second announcement will be made on Wednesday! We will give clues and see if anyone can guess what it is ahead of time.

Clue #1: Liz is also a certified personal trainer and enjoys making fitness fun.
