Don’t let racing thoughts keep you up at night. Try this nervous system reset.

Get your butt as close to the wall as you can and then straighten your legs up the wall. Set a timer for 10 minutes.

Melt your back into the floor.

Inhale and feel your belly rise.

Feel the weight of your legs (and your thoughts) disappear with each exhale.

Mondays-Sheet Pan Meal
Tuesdays-Tacos/Taco Bowl/Nachos/Buritos
Wednesdays-Leftovers
Thursdays-Salad (steak, chicken, shrimp, hamburger)
Fridays-Fish or Pizza
Saturdays-Out for Dinner
