Frankincense is one of the most versatile essential oils~it’s often called the “king of oils” for a reason. That said, it’s not a cure-all, and it works best as a supportive tool rather than a replacement for medical care.😃
Here’s where it can be genuinely helpful:

Frankincense has a grounding effect on the nervous system. Diffusing it or applying (diluted) to pulse points can help calm anxious feelings, deepen breathing, and support meditation or prayer.
