It is that time of year! We just finished up the stressful holidays and met with people who probably shouldn't have been in public with all the yuck floating around.

If you think you are coming down with something, please cancel. I don't want to get sick and I definitely don't want to spread the love to my other clients.
If you are sick, please cancel. A massage can potentially make your symptoms worse. A fever is a contraindication and I can not provide massage no matter how much you think it will "get this sickness out faster" I assure you, it won't
If you are still recovering, please cancel until you are back to 💯

Please take care of yourself. Stay home as much as possible, mask up if you need to, and wash your hands. Influenza A, RSV, Norovirus, Covid, and all the other yuck are no joke.

HAPPY SATURDAY

I am off for the holidays! Focusing on rest, re-centering, and home.

Anyone who has reached out the last few days, I will get back to you all at some point tomorrow or Monday!

I will also be taking an extended weekend off next week and limiting work engagement to come into 2026 renewed and ready to roll!

I hope everyone has time to themselves and for their loved ones over the holidays!
