✨ Panama Girls Trip 2025 Recap✨

What a gift it was to curate a private retreat for such an incredible group of friends. From daily yoga flows to island hopping, ocean swims, and snorkeling a vibrant reef, we had so many amazing moments that felt magic. 🌊🌴

We gazed at star-filled skies, spotted dragonflies (hundreds!), so many monkeys, and even sloths- Mother Nature truly showed off in big ways. Two earthquakes and hurricane Melissa passing in the distance reminded us of her power, but nothing compared to the breathtaking sunrise yoga that arrived as if planned. 🌅

My heart is overflowing with gratitude for this week shared with the most amazing, funny, strong, and adventurous women. Thank you for the laughter, the courage, and the memories- we’ll carry this trip with us forever. 💜

✨Trust In Your Journey- a heartfelt share from me to you. 💜

Leaning into trust can be hard. Putting your dreams and intentions out to be heard, trusting the universe hears them and it is aligned with what is meant for me. Trying something new and hoping others—you—feel a connection. Being vulnerable yet excited about something new and wanting to share...trusting it will be received with the intention it was meant.

You probably know me by now—I’m always dreaming up something new. Whether it’s a fresh idea for the studio, a retreat destination that’s been whispering to me, or something simple and sweet at home with family or friends. My heart is always creating, always reaching for ways to deepen connection and offer something meaningful.

Right now, there’s something stirring again. An idea that’s almost come to life twice before. Is the third time the charm? Or is it another gentle “not yet” or “something better”? Time will tell. I’m learning to hold that space with grace. To trust that what’s meant for me—for us—will arrive when it’s ready.

My spiritual teacher says the universe has three answers:
Yes.
Not yet.
I have something better.

I come back to that often. It’s a reminder that even in the waiting, there’s wisdom. Even in the uncertainty, there’s alignment. And even in the quiet, there’s movement.

As I explore new ideas, I listen to my intuition on what resonates. For places that feel like they want to hold us. That feel sacred, safe, and alive with possibility. Spaces where we can grow, reflect, connect, and remember who we are.

I’ll share more soon-if this next thing is meant for me, for us all. But for now, I just wanted to say thank you—for being part of this journey. For trusting me to dream out loud. For showing up with open hearts and curious spirits.
