Today, on the anniversary of 9/11, we pause to remember the lives lost and honor the bravery of the first responders who risked everything to save others. It’s a day that changed us forever, one marked by deep loss, unity, and resilience. As we reflect on the events of that day, we also acknowledge the lasting impact it has had on the mental health of so many, especially those who directly experienced the tragedy.

For many, the trauma of 9/11 continues to live on in the form of PTSD—an invisible wound that can affect the mind and body. PTSD can feel overwhelming, but it’s important to know that healing is possible, and help is always available.
