Originally founded as The Fox Hills Cemetery, the park has evolved over time—honoring tradition while embracing modern design, services, and innovation in memorial care.

In 1999, the Toson family and The Tribute Companies took ownership, continuing the legacy with care and vision.

We want to share that today is Amanda's last day in the office at Fort Howard as she prepares to move to Texas with her family. While we’ll miss seeing her every day, we’re thrilled she’ll continue with Fort Howard remotely in her new role as Cemetery Compliance Administrator!

In the meantime, our team at Fort Howard, including our new General Manager, Todd, look forward to continuing to provide the highest levels of service.

Born and raised in the Green Bay area, Todd brings a heart for service and a passion for helping families during life’s most difficult moments. He lives in De Pere with his wife of 27 years, their daughter, and their Australian Labradoodle.

When he’s not supporting families, Todd enjoys spending time with his loved ones, watching football, golf, NASCAR—and adding to his impressive Star Wars collection.
