Are you having a Heart Attack?
1. Unusual fatigue
2. Shortness of breath
3. Unexpected sweating (cold & clam)
4. Nausea discomfort in the upper abdomen
5. Lightheadedness, dizziness or confusion
6. Unexplained pain or discomfort in areas other than the chest the jaw, neck, back or arm
7. Sleep disturbances or increasing fatigue of the days or weeks before
B. Call 911 tell them you believe you’re having a heart attack.
C. Take aspirin 350mg (one adult or 4 baby)- chew the pill thoroughly before swallowing with Only a tiny sip of water enough to help you swallow. Only Aspirin! (Do not take it if your on blood thinners or have an allergy)
C. Tell the 911 operator you’ve taken aspirin including the exact amount & time.
C. Unlock the front door
D. Sit up with your back supported, cover with a blanket if you’re cold, stay near the door & wait - help is on the way!
E. Control your breathing
