We love our kids hard.
We show up. We pack the bags. We sit in the bleachers. We clean up the plates.

And somewhere along the way…
we start eating the leftovers instead of real meals
drinking cold coffee instead of water
and promising ourselves tomorrow will be the day we take care of us.

But tomorrow keeps moving.

Here’s what I had to learn the hard way 👇

💛 You are not selfish for taking care of your body.
You are showing your kids what healthy adulthood looks like.

💛 Leftovers aren’t a plan.
If you don’t plan something simple for yourself, you’ll always be the afterthought.

💛 You don’t need a full hour.
10–20 minutes of movement still counts. A protein shake still counts. A walk during practice still counts.

💛 Energy is built, not found.
Waiting until you “feel motivated” is why we stay stuck. Action creates energy.

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s breaking the cycle of putting yourself last every single day.

Because the truth is…
Your kids don’t need a tired, worn-out, running-on-empty mom.

They need you feeling strong, confident, and alive — for them AND for you.

Accountability changes everything. When someone is checking in, cheering you on, and helping you adjust — you stay consistent, even on hard days.

• Doing it alone makes it easy to quit. Having accountability makes it easier.

• You don’t need more motivation. You need someone in your corner.

• Results come faster when someone helps you stay consistent and knows how to get those results. Down 82lbs I have a lot of trial and error along my journey and truly keep learning which is the best part!

No, eat more carbs.
Do cardio.
No, lift weights.
Don’t eat at night.
Actually… eat every 2 hours.

I didn’t want to ask for permission to go to a school program.
I didn’t want to miss homework nights.
I didn’t want my kids growing up thinking work always comes before family.

So I built a different road.

One where I can drive my day.
One where I can show up as a mom and build something meaningful.
One where my kids see what it looks like to chase dreams, work hard, and still be present.

I’m not buckled into a job that tells me when I’m allowed to be a parent.

Our Story

Vibe started out when Lisa Hecker-Craanen, the founder was looking for a way to lose weight, she tried EVERYTHING and nothing would fit into her current lifestyle. She struggled with low self esteem and energy on a daily basis as a new mom of twin boys. After finding these products she fell in love with them and herself all over. She is currently down 79.5lbs and is always bouncing around Vibe sharing her story and helping others. She has added coaches to her team to help with her mission of building a healthier community for everyone she meets, and for her children to grow up in. We here at Vibe supply 1 on 1 coaching, events, virtual challenges, online support groups, recipes, and so much more. We offer a community to embrace while you take on this journey. Your weight loss is a journey, and we would love to be apart of it!!
