As the weather turns colder, many children in our community face the winter months without a warm coat. Each year, The Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay distributes thousands of coats to children in need through their Coats for Kids program. In 2024 alone, more than 3,000 coats were given to families thanks to the generosity of local donors.

This year, Proko-Wall Funeral Home is proud to once again serve as a drop-off location. From September 22 to October 23, 2025, we will be collecting new or gently used coats to help keep kids warm. Donations can be dropped off at 1630 E. Mason St., Green Bay, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. A collection box will be located in our lobby.

Together, we can make a difference for children who need it most. Every coat matters.
