Taking time for snacks and hydration is always essential and a wonderful chance to bond with friends! We offered an assortment of snacks, including fresh tomatoes, popcorn, ice cream, and cookies! We turned on some music and enjoyed the beautiful day.

Our residents benefit from regular visits by our hairstylist, Wendy, who offers a variety of hair care services, including haircuts, shaves, perms, and more for your loved ones!

As the season changes, we must set aside our summer wardrobe and make use of Wyndemere's Clothing Closet to prepare for fall and winter clothing. Residents were given the chance to shop and pick out their own clothing, always an enjoyable time when shopping is a part of the experience.

On Friday for National Assisted Living Week we wore our favorite team jerseys and had a tailgating party with yummy meatballs, chips and cheese with jalapenos, and salsa! We watched the Packer game from the night before and had a blast!

Today for National Assisted Living Week, we observed Patriot Day 🇺🇸. We held a moment of silence to honor the victims of 9/11 and attended a memorial service in their remembrance. The day's events also included a snack of fresh fruit and donuts, followed by a game of bingo!

Today for National Assistant Living Week, we spent the day lounging comfortably in our Pajamas. We also crafted Parfaits that delighted our senses, all while enjoying each other's wonderful company and stories. Big thank you to Jenny from AseraCare Hospice, who brought in Parfait supplies and helped get them to the residents!

The annual observance encourages assisted living communities around the country to offer a variety of events and activities to celebrate the individuals they serve, as well as to help educate members of the public about this distinctive aspect of long-term care.

National Assistant Living Week - Ageless Adventures- Baking!

When extra peanut butter and spare time coincide, cookie-making ensues! We congregated as a group and manufactured some mouth-watering cookies. Some participants were responsible for preparing the cookies, while others were appointed as taste testers!
