Cleaning this weekend?

If you have unopened feminine hygiene products—pads, tampons, liners—consider donating them to help local students in need.

Period poverty is real. Many students in our community are missing school and facing health risks simply because they don’t have access to basic hygiene products. Your donation can help keep students healthy, confident, and in class.

Every product matters. Together, we can change this.

Prefer to give financially? You can do that here: https://ow.ly/PrAb50XrUbc

Youth Apprenticeship (YA) is making a difference in the lives of Luxemburg-Casco High School senior, Elliana! She has been working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) with Emplify Health by Bellin. Here is what she thinks about her experience so far:

“Being a CNA is deeply fulfilling because you directly improve people’s lives daily. Assisting patients and offering comfort creates meaningful connections with them and their families, making the work incredibly rewarding. I also love the camaraderie on my unit and can confidently call the CNAs I work with some of my best friends. Thank you, Bellin, for this incredible opportunity to prepare me for my career and all the life lessons that come with the job as well.”

Elliana’s work has been appreciated and noticed by many around her, including her team leader, Emily Spindt, RN. “She is doing great! She treats her patients well and is always willing to jump in and help and asks questions when needed!”

Wisconsin’s Youth Apprenticeship program is part of a state-wide School-to-Work initiative. It is designed for high school students who want hands-on learning in an occupational area at a worksite, along with classroom instruction.

During the program students:
• Earn academic credit
• Earn work-related experience that aligns with their desired future career path
• Earn money
• Often find an employer they choose to stay with long-term

No Girl Without. Period.

Emplify Health by Bellin is working to end Period Poverty in our local schools — and we need your help.

Students in Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, and Forest Counties (WI), and Menominee and Dickenson Counties (MI) are missing school and facing health risks simply because they don’t have access to basic hygiene products. This is a community issue — and together, we can make a difference.

- 1 in 4 teens can’t afford feminine products
- 1 in 5 miss school during their period
- 51% wear products longer than medically safe
- No state programs currently provide these essentials

There’s still time to help — donations close next week.

Every ribbon placed. Every name remembered.

On October 13, the lawn outside Bellin Hospital became a place of remembrance and love. Each pink and blue ribbon carried a name—a tribute to the little ones who left us too soon and the families who hold them close in their hearts.

To those who shared a name, stood among the ribbons, or held space in quiet reflection: thank you. Your stories, your strength, and your love are seen and honored.

💙 These little ones are never forgotten. Their memory lives on in every ribbon, every story, and every heart that holds them close.
