Engine had a rattle upon start up. This bolt was bouncing around behind the tone ring. Similar to a rod knock, further investigation revealed the true cause. The bolt was surgically removed and an acceptable reshaping of the aluminum ring was successful. Attention to detail is extremely important on any repair to avoid possible damage.

It's engine day in the shop. Jadon has pretty much destroyed any personal best record I may have had over the years so I just save these jobs for him

Customer came in for a transmission replacement shortly after another shop installed a used engine. We were asked to locate a substantial oil leak from the engine if we had time. We found that someone had broken the Solenoid housing, sprayed foam into the housing and sent it to the customer. We are replacing the affected parts and customer will be back on the road. Trying to save money doesn't always work out.

We’re back to our normal hours today! ❄️

Hey everyone! Just a quick update from the MotorAbility crew 💛🛠️
