Restore U Solutions started by Christine Wolf provides neuromuscular therapy along with corrective exercises to help you get back on track without a lot of pain. Whether you woke up with pain, injured yourself doing an activity or are going in for joint surgery, I can help you by releasing points in the muscles and helping them with the exercise. I am certified in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Personal training and Corrective Exercise. I will be providing inspiration on here long with ways for self care at home. It is the most wonderful time of the year.

I will be partnering with Snowdrop again this year. I will have a drop off box at my office.

So I did a thing last week..

I am so excited to announce that I am moving my massage office to the west side to Ashwaubenon in May.

I know, I know. What the heck it wasn't even on my radar to do this. I made the decision after seeing the space last week. I realized I am my daughters back up for the kids and she just started a new job so the boys will need someone to provide consistent kick in the rear after school.

In walks me and convenience for them after school. So after 21 years on the east side I am going to the other side of the city.

I am working through my client list to notify everyone on it.

Off on a jet✈️ this morning to head to Phoenix to melt. ( I heard temps are quite warm)

VACATION ALERT!!!

I will be heading to the Outer Banks for a well needed refuel and training at the beach. I will be back in the office on Monday and will return calls and messages when I am back in town.

I have been trying to connect with everyone to let them know.

After 10 years in Appleton, I am consolidating to one office in Green Bay. This is a big change and a much needed one . I am grateful for the opportunity to serve you in Appleton, and I look forward to helping you in a different location closer to my home.
