Help shape an important conversation by sharing your story.
Here are some things we often hear but people don’t always feel comfortable saying out loud.

“I just needed something to help me sleep after everything happened.”
“I drink coffee all day to keep going and then struggle to slow my mind at night.”
“It started as a prescription after an injury, and stopping turned out to be harder than I expected.”
“I worry about my child more than anything happening at work.”
“I thought everyone felt this exhausted.”

We know mental health and substance use conversations often begin with stress, grief, responsibility, or simply trying to get through a difficult season of life.

For our upcoming Lifesaver Wellbeing campaign, we are listening.
