Hello friends! Here is what the calendar looks like for June! Take a moment to step outside today, the sun is shining and the air feels great!

June is right around the corner! Some important information for June events at Runic Apothecary:

REIKI SHARE: There will not be a June reiki share due to Father's Day and other scheduling needs. Please know there are other incredible locations hosting reiki shares if you feel called to attend one for June.

M.E.S.S. will be held on Monday 06/01 - this is for May's gathering. June's gathering will resume scheduled as normal on the last Monday of the month.

As always, aside from the events listed, we are available for services and guidance. We look forward to gathering with you for Soul Speak scheduled as always for the first Wednesday of the month.

I am deeply honored to share that I will now be teaching all levels of Reiki at Runic Apothecary!

This is not just certification training, it is an initiation into a living lineage. In these classes, we will move slowly and with purpose. You will learn not only the hand positions, symbols, and attunement processes, but also how to practice with reverence for the origin and history of Usui Reiki. This means understanding its Japanese roots, the spiritual and cultural context from which it emerged, and the teachings of Master Usui Mikao, Dr. Hayashi, and Hawayo Takata, as well as the stewards who carried this light across generations.

Reiki is a blend of many traditions and has evolved since it's inception; I welcome you to join me to learn Reiki and how you can make this beautiful modality align with your own energy for the benefit of self and others.

We will honor all wisdom we receive whether through intuitive nudges, ancestral echoes, or lessons from our own body and spirit without appropriating or overwriting where they came from.
Reiki at its heart, asks us to listen...to bow to what came before....and to move forward with humility, not haste. We will learn and practice mindfulness and how to move forward living every day with love and gratitude.
