🙏🏻 Adjust the perspective. Change the narrative. Whatever you need to do just as long as you remember to slow down, breathe, learn, ask questions, listen, honor and hold space. Breathing is different when you achieve the ability to just be. To be mindful, be present, be aware, be authentic. Love this, I try to embody this and be an example as often as possible. I’m still human so I do have my moments, as we all do sometimes…but I encourage you to try to be mindful in this capacity. At the very least, the power of kind and safe words for others. Build from there. Start by offering yourself kinder words…you will feel how wonderful it is to love yourself…then you will be excited to offer that joy to others.

Let kindness guide your voice today,

To youth whose path is steep and long,
